The ‘item of the day’ I chose is an article from the New York Times titled “Restaurant Shuts Down for a ‘Day of Kindness’ After Customers Make Its Staff Cry” It is extremely unfortunate and painful to see customers being objectionably rude with restaurant staff. People should understand that the pandemic has affected every person in this world in many different ways and realize the struggle they are going through as economies and small business owners try to stand on their feet again.
